Wrapround Strap Seat CURVE KBT Commercial with 6mm stainless steel chain 2m
The warparound "curve" is a new addition to the KBT swing range. The rubber swing is manufactured with injection moulded TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) This flexible swing also features a metal insert and stainless-steel fixings increasing its strength and durability.
Dimensions : 717 x 150 x 16 mm
Chains are 6mm stainless steel at 2m in length.
Max weight 100kg
This is a commercial grade swing with commercial chain.
All
swings, swing attachments, D shackles, S hooks, and chains must be maintained.
INSPECTION
AND MAINTENANCE
The
frequency of inspection and maintenance will vary with the type of equipment or
materials used or other factors (e.g. Heavy use, coastal location, air
pollution, age of equipment, ...). Moving metal parts must be oiled
regularly.
Routine
visual inspection (weekly to monthly) -
Always check that the bolts and nuts are securely fastened. Check for
any missing parts.
Operational
inspection (1 to 3 months) - Check
the stability of the construction. - Check every part for excessive
wear and replace when necessary.
Annual
