Delivery Policy

Australia Wide Shipping available

All prices quoted on our website are in Australia dollars and GST inclusive. Delivery charges are included in the checkout stage of the shopping cart once you enter your postcode and full address.

We want to provide you with a wide section of delivery options. We use following carriers to deliver orders within Australia: Australia Post, Hunter Express and Big Post. If your order is over sized and not accepted by any of the mentioned carriers, we will find for you the most efficient delivery method available depending on your instructions and requirements.

Once you pay and place your order you will receive an email confirmation that the order placement was successful. We will verify your payment and within three to five working days we will ship your order. If you still have not received your order please urgently contact on telephone (02) 9757 3058 or email sales@playequipment.com.au.

For our overseas customers we always quote postage, packaging and handling costs before processing an order and send goods.

We endeavour to have your order processed and packed ready for dispatch within three working days of receiving your payment. If you require your goods urgently we can express post them to you. Please note this in the comments field in the order page.

We will notify you of all costs involved in processing, packaging and handling before the order is processed to ensure there are no hidden expenses you are not aware of. 

During online ordering, the website will advise you where possible, the total delivery costs for the order plus the cost of the goods ordered. We charge a small handling fee ($10.00) to cover the cost of the packaging materials & handling and this is incorporated into the delivery cost. Occasionally we find a discrepancy between the automatic calculation of postage which is based on a direct lookup into carriers’ online database and what the correct postage should be. Should this happen for your order, we will notify you by email and we will not process your order unless you approve the difference in charges

At all times we endeavour to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. If you have a deadline please let us know and we will do our very best to get your order to you on time.
