The KBT The rubber disc swing ‘curve’can
be used as an individual swing component or in combination with KBT’s zip line trolley.
The injection moulded TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) seat has a metal insert
plate of 3 mm thick. It is supplied with a chain set of Ø 6 mm in warm
galvanized steel with a rubber protection sleeve. The chain has a D-shackle at
the upper end.
This is a commercial swing seat.
Comes complete with care instructions,
installation instructions, safety instructions.
All KBT products are being tested and being
approved according to the latest European Standards and Regulations, Compliant
to Australian Standards for Play Equipment and hardware.
All swings, swing attachments, D
shackles, S hooks, and chains must be maintained.
INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE
The frequency of inspection and maintenance
will vary with the type of equipment or materials used or other factors (e.g.
Heavy use, coastal location, air pollution, age of equipment, ...).
Moving metal parts must be oiled regularly.
Routine visual inspection (weekly
to monthly) - Always check that the bolts and nuts are securely fastened. Check
for any missing parts.
Operational inspection (1
to 3 months) - Check the stability of the construction. - Check every
part for excessive wear and replace when necessary.
Annual inspection (1
to 2 times per year) - Check for rust and corrosion. - Check every part
for excessive wear and replace when necessary
